On this page you'll see some of our featured listings. We have a number of Ocean City real estate listings and Ocean Pines real estate listings, and even some listings for Fenwick Island, DE and Selbyville, DE. We feel we wouldn't be a complete Ocean City Realtor if we didn't have a few offerings just across the border with our neighbors in Delaware.
 
If you see some houses that may be suitable for you, jot down the MLS number and the address of the listings. We can then discuss the characters of the neighborhoods of those listings, the schools, and all the amenities of the surrounding area. If that discussion produces a few choices that you would like to examine in greater depth, we can arrange a viewing of the property. 

 We do feel that the best practice for an Ocean City Realtor, and other Ocean City Realtors agree, is to understand the lifestyle preferences and requirements for a family and then suggest neighborhoods that would appear to be a match. The prospective buyer should tour those neighborhoods in the daytime and the nighttime to get a good feel for the area. We have found that many times, a neighborhood can make an instant connection with a prospective buyer. After that, it's all just a matter of locating a house that would be ideal for you in which to set up a new home.
